Our home is heated through a combined heat and power unit, namely a Senertec Dachs. It is controlled by heat requirement and produces 12kW heat and 5kW of electric power.
Furthermore we installed a Victron Energy ESS system including 3 MultiPlus 2 5000, Cerbo GX, RS450/200 and VM-3P75CT as energy meter.
The Senertec Dachs is connected on the AC In side of the MultiPlus. Furthermore, we require a cascade of power meters to measure Grid feed-in from PV and the Dachs separately, as they are paid with different prices.
A VM-3P75CT also measures the power production of the Dachs, and we get that information into the GX device. We configured the VM-3P75CT role as a generator. Unfortunately, we can not configure the position due to the role selection. But we do not like to get the different energy productions of PV and Senertec Dachs mixed.
The energies are properly tracked with this configuration.
But there is no generator shown in the new UI and when the Dachs is running and producing 5kW of energy, this is properly charged into the battery but also shown as AC Load of 5kW, which absolutely makes no sense.
How can we correctly integrated the measurement of the Senertec Dachs power production in the Victron ESS system and show it correctly in all displays?
