My VRM has started to predict that my battery is only charged to approx 60% even though solar radiation is mich higher than consumption.
What could be wrong?
Never seen it predict SOC, doesn’t on any of mine. Are you using DESS?
Yes I do use DESS. I do though turn it off sometimes because Victron has still not made it possible to have different tariffs over the day. So the Victron DESS do not work properly due to wrong pricing.
But it has been saying max charge to approx 50-60% SOC even though there are plenty of kWh predicted from PV.
By the way…Growatt has the system in their AI battery control, where dynamic prices can be set hour by hour to handle different tariffs over the day.
