I have a 36V (3) 12V battery application to power a single 36V trolling motor.
I have (3) Blue Smart IP65 chargers and (3) Smart Shunts 300A. I need the suggested wiring diagram for this application.

It is impossible to separately charge 3 batteries in series and have one shunt for the bank and expect an accurate SOC
That wouldn’t typically be a suggested way of doing that, so there wouldn’t be a suggested wiring diagram for it; usually one would just get a 36v charger and a shunt and call it good.
Is there a particular reason this was the approach you decided on?
i have 3 shunts and was thinking they would go between the series cells
Don’t take this approach, it is unnecessarily complicated. Also the shunts will have different offset voltages between their data ports. This limits wiring.
