Sorry for such a basic post but I couldn’t find an answer searching.
I have a CCGX that was professionally installed directly on the wall of my RV (see photo); there is no Wall Mount Enclosure. I need to access the back of the CCGX and cannot figure out how to remove the front bezel (plastic panel) to access the screws. I did not want to just start prying on it. I tried shifting it up (per other instructions) but it doesn’t budge.

The bezel itself doesn’t separate, what you’ll typically have is either a bracket that attaches from the back, with double-ended threaded rods and wingnuts:
Or a frame that’s screwed into the wall, that the whole CCGX body just pressures into. Assuming it’s the latter, you just pull the whole body out… it can take a bit of force, but get you a good plastic spudger or something and get it between the plastic and the wall and start working it out, it’ll pop out:
