How to program Skylla IP65 (3)

I replaced an old Newmar charger on my boat with a 3-output Skylla today and connected three battery banks to the three outputs. I set the battery type to 8 (custom) and set the voltages, however only battery 1 is respecting those settings. Batteries 2 & 3 are charging at a higher voltage, and I assume that’s the default profile. I thought each output could have a separate charge profile, but I see no way to select an output in the Skylla LCD configuration menu.

I have the Skylla connected to an Ekrano via its VE.Can bus. I also tried connecting with the VictronConnect app (only the Ekrano shows up, so I guess the Skylla doesn’t support Bluetooth), but the app failed to connect at first, and now it says a phone is already connected. I’m going to try to connect again tomorrow with my iPad instead of my Android phone.

Can someone give me some pointers on whether the Skylla can have 3 separate charge profiles, and if so, how to go about programming that? Thanks!

I would really like to have an answer for this too.

I never got any support from Victron or the retailer, which was honestly pretty disappointing and made me question whether I’ll buy Victron products again. In my case, the Skylla is only charging engine and generator start batteries, which probably don’t need a charger anyway, so I rarely turn the Skylla on. I only added it because the house loads were originally on one of the engine start batteries when I got the boat, but I’ve since moved that to a dedicated house bank with a MultiPlus.

This is not detailed at all in their manuals, but they only have a diode splitter between the three banks, or something like that. The converter itself is only one for the three batteries.
