this is my actual setup with a megafuse, but I don’t remember the amp…
If I want to go to this config :
If I’m correct, I would need 4 EF3 100amp fuses. But it looks that EF3 started at 125Amp
You could go with two stacks, each having two batteries and connect each with one cable. Though you would need only two ports with two Adler EF3. Two ports would remain unused.
Or you could go with 4 separated batteries, each with one cable. Then the batteries should not be connected. For single US5000 Mega fuses are sufficient, but the Adler are cheaper 
the Adler EF3 seems hard to find online, the website where I find them are out of stock ^^
But I’ll dig !

If you are in Europe, maybe @Meine_Energiewende can sell some. He is a famous guy on YT and has a consulting and installation company for Victron systems.
Sorry … smalest size for EF3 is 150 amps - so not suitable for Pylontech etc.
After searching cabling and testing, I’ve finally started my Lister Petter yesterday, quickly saw a leak on the fuel hose.
Repairs done this morning.
It now runs like a charm.
I’ve plugged it to my AC Input on the M+
it charges my battery pack at ~2950W
Next update will be a deep sea DSE3110 to automate the start/stop of the Lister Petter.
It is ordered, should arrive at the end of the month.
First time ever for me to see the green bar on the chart 
As you can see, this beginning of November is quite sunny for us here in Belgium.
