Hello! Our system seems to have shut off after a SoC event – and despite being connected to shore power we have not been able to get the system started up again. We continue to get error codes for the pre-charging of the BMS system and the ATC/ATD failure. We have tried the 7.1. and 9.1 troubleshooting tips by restarting the BMS using the app and also the 11-pin plug, but nothing is working to get the ATC/ATD back online. please advise. thank you!
@eholyoke What day did this error occur? I have a customer who said they had this same error on the 17th November (Hopefully a coincidence). Took about 2 hours before the system came back online properly. There was a long list of errors with the 1st being “Error: ATC/ATD failed” from the Lynx BMS, followed by Overload L1 Alarm from the Quattro and a series of other errors within a 5 minute period.
