I just installed a usb GPS with NEMEA-0183 protocol
I correcly see the device in the gps as in the image but I cannot see it in the vrm portal.
any solution?

It should show up automatically in the dashboard and you can also add it to the advanced view. If it is not appearing in the dashboard, try the advanced widget.

It appears but updating is quite slow. Is it normal?
The device is updated fast but vrm is slow
Not noticed that before. Do not forget VRM will only update rapidly if you have realtime enabled or you log data every minute rather than the default longer interval and your data connection is fast.
How to change log data update interval?
I have real time enable and good connection (I also tested in my home wifi)
On the Cerbo (or remote console) Settings > VRM > Log interval
