Filax 2 RCD trips when it is transferring load

Manual states:

The Filax is a double pole make before break transfer switch. For correct RCD operation, both inputs should be seen as individual power sources. As such, both the input sources need to have a neutral-earth link. The neutrals are not allowed to interconnect between the inputs or between an input and the output.

My issue:

The priority supply has an RCBO at the distribution board and a neutral to earth link at the 3phase supply transformer. The alternate neutral is connected to ground via the chassis of the inverter. This ground would be ultimately connected back to the factory ground and ground at the 3phase supply transformer.

The priority supply RCBO trips when the priority source is reconnected after 30s. We’ve already done so troubleshooting and removed potential links between the live and neutral between inputs and outputs that would introduce a direct return path to GND bypassing the RCD.

Any ideas?
