EV charger MPII and Fronius not working together

System issues, EV keeps stopping and starting charging every few minutes. MPII keeps tripping off the Fronius inverter by going to 53hz.

System Setup as it stands today. MPII 48/5000, Fronius 3000VA, 2 x MPPT450/100 (3 arrays 4kw each) 70kw Lifepo4. current SOC 90%

So the MPII has just come back from repair, so I am running it on its own (normally 2 in parallel), I have the assistant for PV set.

The sun is out and when the Fronius is allowed to run its making between 2300 and 2800w, so I have increased the car charge limit from 12Amps to 18Amps to use the extra, however the EV charger keeps starting and stopping, it seems to coincide with the MPII stopping the Fronius. This is a constant cycle I reckon I have heard it stop the EV about 20 times in the last hour…

Frustrating this never used to happen, not sure what is triggering this.

What’s the state graph for the EV charger saying about why it is starting and stopping?

Determining which is the chicken and which is the egg - is the Fronius getting ramped down because the batteries are full (or charge current limit is reached with input from 450/100s) and the AC load is going away, or is the EV charger stopping because the Fronius is going away?
