Energy meter VM-3P75CT install on 3 phase delta grid (no Neutral wire)

I am installing a new energy meter and connected all wires except the neutral (See screenshot).
The meter does not fire up (as expected). Norway has some areas with 3-phase grid Delta supply. Hence, no neutral wire. I believe the earth wire act as a “common” neutral but do not risk to connect earth as I can damage the meter. Any advise how to connect?

Measure the earth to phase 1/2/3 with a volt meter, then you will know if its earth bonded “common” neutral

Phase to phase is 233v.
Earth to phase is 133v.
I expect I can run both a (fused) Earth cable to the Neutral terminal and an (non-fused) Earth wire to the Earth terminal ?
Tnx, Alf

I suggest to contact your local victron dealer for support!

delta is not officially supported, altough they do it in belgium too

VM3P manual states input is always with neutral, but input voltage on 2 phases is 230v in your case, so another phase on neutral connection and phase L1 on L1 connection should work also

CG meters can do 3 phase without neutral (em540, et340)

For measuring 3phase without neutral you use the two-wattmeter method (Aaron). Your energy meter has to explicitely support this, you only need to measure two phases.
