External sensor for waste tanks are $$. Cheapest one I can find is TankMaster doesn’t require drilling new hole into holding tank, and doesn’t require access to bottom of the tank (i.e. Mopeka, which says not to use for black water any way).
Can people validate here v3.73 Venus Large will NOT let you add a custom Tank? I’ve done the API integration in Node-RED that pulls the tank sensor data and outputs to Signal K (image below). But I’m just unable to get the Signal K telemetry to show up in Cerbo under Device List. I’ve configured the plugin “signalk-venus-plugin” and it’s just not working.
