Using a cerbo and node red.
I would like to make a simple email alert in node red that will alert me when SOC of battery is at 10% but not email me again until it’s back above 30%.
Then it “restarts” and won’t email me again until it gets to 10% again and the cycle starts over.
I have the email node working. Just can’t figure out the code to make it stop emailing me non stop when it sits at 10, and not email me until it gets back to 30.

Not a direct answer, but your Cerbo is obviously connected to the internet, have you got a VRM account because if you have then it is easy to set up alarms in VRM to email you when an alarm is reached, i.e. <10% SOC and you get an email when it has recovered, which in your case you would specify as >30%.
When I am making an alert it wants me to set the high value. I am only interested in the low value.
How do I get around this? Put high value to 100?
I set 101% 
Will it re email/push me once it’s out of alarm state? Or only when it enters it?
Example: once it gets back to 30% SOC

Yes. You get an email at all trigger point.
Alarm - Alarm cleared.
When I have done tanks I only want low alarm on I set the high alarm to 105%, it usually allow this.
