Ekrano GX not reporting current when battery discharge

Hi all, I just installed a system with two quattro 10kVA, one smartsolar 250/100, one Ekrano gx and two fronius primo 6.0.
I am using Cegasa eBick Pro 280 batteries, that are connected to Ekrano gx through can bus. At first it looked like Ekrano gx was reading the battery bms correctly, but I now notice that it only reports correct values when charging the battery. When I am discharging the battery I still see the correct battery voltage, but current is 0.
I am attaching some screenshots to show this behavior.
Does anybody know why could this be? if a bad configuration from my part or if there is a problem with the BMS. BMS is connected to CAN port 1 of Ekrano gx, configured as CAN-bus BMS LV (500kbps). I tried on CAN port 2 as CAN-bus BMS HV (500kbps) but it wouldn’t detect the BMS that way.

I followed these instructions for configuration https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:cegasa

Does it show up correctly in the GX when discharging?
It is very likely the BMS is just not sending out the information.

No, on the GX it also shows 0A and 0W when discharging but it does show correct battery voltage. I have also contacted the battery manufacturer, but wanted to make sure here that I did configure all victron equipment correctly.

Yeah. It is talking and sending out the other data.

You can test it in other ways but i don’t think it is necessary. (If you unplug it you should get error 67 after a short while i am sure. And possibly a system shut down.)

So the first conclusion since charge aps are there - is that it is a battery issue, nothing you have done there, its just not sending the data.
