We have recently gone through a couple of tariff changes with octopus due to the tariff expiring and then we had to enrol back to agile however the DESS is not picking up the new agile prices from octopus just the old fixed rate tariff.
I have tied waiting a couple of days for it to catch up with itself, resetting the DESS settings and linking it to another octopus API account, but nothing seems to be working. Just showing me the old tariff pricing.
Is there any way to force the system to get the new prices from the API?
