I’ve already read a bit, but I’ll just ask here:

I would like to change the “input parameters” in Dynamic ESS.
I’m specifically interested in the consumption, because the forecast for the total consumption doesn’t fit at all, as the electric cars are always destroying it. I would like to feed the ESS only with the “house consumption” and leave out the consumption of the cars in the calculation for the forecast.
I have of course already searched the VRM API node in NodeRed, but have not yet come up with any results. How could I achieve this?
In Node Red, of course, I have access to the consumption of the cars and the house separately.

Not possible as far as I know.

If possible, install the e-car charging station before the Victron grid meter. Then the Victron system won’t know anything about the car.

Actually, I have to correct myself, because I’ve been thinking about what I actually want:

Is there a way to use the algorithm that calculates the forecast as a single module? Just fed with my own data :slight_smile:

Because I don’t use the Dynamic ESS as such, only the “Solar Forecast” and “Consumption Forecast” functions.

Yes, I think that could work. Have a look at the Node-RED version of DESS. You might get the forecast there.uit never looked at this by myself.
