DVCC with Dual Battries and Color Control

So i have a Dual battery system installed in my car used for camping.

Setup is as follows:

Starter battery.

Connected to the starter battery is a BlueSolar 100/50 MPPT with a permenantly mounted solar panel. So this always charges my starter battery.

Then i have x2 60Ah lithuim battries as the aux battery bank.

The aux battery bank gets charged by a Orion XS that draws power from the starter battery.

On the aux bank there is a Phoenix inverter.

All the above is conneted together with a color control thats purely doing monitoring at the moment.

So how it works is im charging the starter battery with the BlueSolar MPPT and or the cars alternator when the engine is running, once the starter battery’s voltage gets high enough the orion xs turns on and starts charging the aux battries from the starter battery.

All the Victron products along with the aux battries are mounted in the rear of the car, so its about a 3m cable run from the starter battery to the orion xs and the BlueSolar is located.

Ive noticed voltage descrepansies reported between the Blue Solar and orion xs. eg. The BlueSolar will report about 13.4V on its output while the Orion xs reports 13.2V on its input. The cable run connecting the BlueSolar output to the Orion XS input is about 400mm. Thoeretically and without any current flowing this should be exactly equal.

All the above cable runs are 10sqmm.

So here comes my question. I want to add a SmartShunt that monitors SOC on the lithuim battery bank and use its aux input to monitor starter battery voltage directly. Will i be able to turn on DVCC on the color control so that the BlueSolar and the input on the Orion XS both receive the same reported starter battery voltage that is measured by the SmartShunt?

Next question: The SmartShunt is going to measure 2 voltages, one for the starter battery and one for the aux battery. Will i be able to set up DVCC so that it reports the starter battery voltage to the BlueSolar output and Orion XS input? Then at the same time report the aux battery voltage to the Orion XS output and to the phoenix interter?
