Dual Orion XS 50 DC-DC chargers in parallel only yields 46a

I have wired two of these puppies in parallel and using a 1/0AWG cable from the truck. In the travel trailer the 1/0 is hooked on to a 250a buss bar. Then the two Orions are connected to the buss bar with 4AWG cable. However, I can only get about 46a combined output from the two. Roughly in the 26+20 ratio. The one yielding higher amps varies. Attached is the picture.

I have successfully used them to yield a total of 90a when connected to different batteries with two parallel 4awg runs and part of a different system but connected to the same alternators. Currently, they are part of the same ve network, same venus device and hence same DVCC whose charging current is limited to 200a. The vehicle has dual alternators rated at 257a and 197a.

What are the software settings and hardware connections I should be checking? Note, both Orions are seeing 13.5 input voltage.

So the batteries don’t accept more then 46a.

Where is the problem ?

Batteries accept 120a with the Multiplus II charger and that’s just 0.1C. It’s not the batteries.

Ok, then cut out the networking, program them as individual units and check what happens.

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it.

You were right. Removing them from the network fixed the issue.

So, they can’t be part of the network? Or, did I set them up wrong?

Sorry, out of my Experience
