Discharging to too low target SoC in DESS at end of day

Hi, I have 3 phase installation: 3 MPII 5000, 20kW battery, SolarEdge solar 4kW Peak. I have dynamic energy contract and DESS enabled. Works nicely and stable.

There is one thing that could be optimized when the system decided to discharge the batteries at the end of the day when the energy price is high. The system discharge mostly to a SoC of 30% and I have a minimum of 20%. So for the evening and night I only have 10% of battery capacity to use (equals 2kW). My average consumption is 250W. So 8 hour running on battery. Effectively I use 4 hours grid-power in the morning because the SoC of the batteries is 20%. In the morning the energy price is higher than during daytime. And this is from my perspective a easy predition the system can do. For the records: this behaviour I have for months.

Only when the system expect low solar power the next day, it set the target SoC at end of day higher, like 50% , doesn’t discharge at all. And that is the expected behaviour.

Based on historical data I would like to set the target SoC end of day not lower than 40%. I didn’t find a setting to adjust this. Or is this an improvement to the algoritm?

Please advise? I can share screenshots.

Thanks.
