DESS not charging despite scheduled to charge and profitable

Hi,

For some reason DESS is acting up again. Not charging even though it would be quite profitable, and charging is scheduled.

System is in trade mode. FW v3.60~59

Reactive Strategy says no opportunity. I disagree.
