DESS ignores restrictions on discharging the battery to grid

Discharging the battery into grid deactivated, but DESS plans to discharge it completely into grid today?

I think we have a complete identical System I have the same problems.

And we found another bug (and splashed it). Please refresh / re-activate, that should fix it.
