I need some help.
I have 3 smartshunts set up as DC meters and until recently have nicely reported under PV Chargers in VRM. Both the individual smartshunts and total PV generated had refreshed nicely in real time till recently. Recently I noticed that the individual smartshunts no longer refresh in real time but intermittent like every few minutes. The total energy produced which is the total of the individual shunts continue to refresh in real time. I’m confused as this only started happening recently. Both individual smartshunts and total PV generated have always been in perfect sync refreshing in realtime with latest info. All other parameters like battery monitor and AC loads continue to refresh in real time no issues. Just the individual smartshunts configured as DC meters.
Has anyone else noticed this change. Please let me know if anyone has any info on possible causes and what I need to do to resolve. Many thanks.
