Custom Portable 2.2 kWh Li-ion Battery

I didn’t see any other custom batteries, so I thought I’d post this. It’s not as pretty as most of the installs on here, but it works.

7S25P 175 Molicel M35A 25.2V nominal 87.5Ah (60Ah useable, charged to 28.7V)

Charged via a Victron 100V/20A MPPT with a string of three ~200W panels.

The 300A IP65 SmartShunt is mounted on the exterior to maximize the bluetooth signal.

100A Daly BMS. 80A MRBF main fuse. All silicone insulated wire.

Neoprene lined steel enclosure. 22"x8.5"x11.5"

Powers an entertainment center via a 24V inverter. I also use it to charge USB devices and power a compressor cooler via the cigarette lighter outlet.

Ditched the positive bus bar and added a 50A MRBF for the small fuse block.

I also added a Cerbo GX, a UPS, and an automatic transfer switch since I will not be available as much.
