Now. What about installing the official Dyness Smart app first? That should ask you for permissions. At least on Apple products. And either Bluetooth or WiFi. A quick test my reveal it.

Some of their products have wifi, some bluetooth, some have none and some have both. I went through the app yesterday but it didnât reveal that. I need to get my hands on the battery to test further.
Ok. Just in case. I am going to ask my distributor, who also happens to sell these, how you can connect to them, and more importantly. Enable the heating.
Hi everyone. I got an answer why the battery heating doesnât work. Apparently the batteries can be ordered from the factory with or without the heating function. The WiFi module is also a factory option.
This was very misleading, and I eventually thought that all of them have heating when there was no difference in the model name or the documents or technical sheet or on dyness website and the âheating functionâ was mentioned in many places..
I just have to make external heaters now. On the positive side, at least I know how to control them.. ![]()
Odd. You said to have the sticker on the batteries. One would almost expect that the heating elements are indeed installed, but not enabled.Which make sense for nordic distributors where heating is sort of mandatory.
