Connect Node Red Victron Nodes running an instance of Node Red that is external to the Cerbo GX?

I’m using Node Red to do some simple automations and also run Signal K to mostly display dashboards and aggregate my NMEA network.

I have found that running my Signal K instance on the Cerbo is way too much for the Cerbo’s processor so I’m running it on a dedicated Raspberry Pi.

I would like to integrate Signal K nodes with Victron nodes in Nodes. I there an easy way to enable Victron Nodes to connect on an external to the Cerbo Raspberry PI OR is there a way I can link Signal K nodes running on Cerbo that point to an instance of Signal K that is running externally? My preference is to have both Node Red and Signal K run externally but I can’t seem to get the Victron Nodes to work.

Thanks for the response. I tried the instructions and could not get it to work. Any troubleshooting tips? The Victron nodes within Node Red inside Signal K are all grayed out.

Did you follow the step to enable unencrypted remote dbus comms on the GX?
