Connect App - Product Password was removed notification pops up contantly

Hi there,

I have an EasySolar 24v (old model) each time when I try to add a password the next time I log into the connect app it gives me this notification saying that the password has been removed on another device while I haven’t removed anything.

I tried reinstalling the connect app and unpairing the EasySolar from my BT devices on my phone to no avail.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
