Common negative on smart solar 100/15?

Hi, I would like to know if the battery negative and the load output are common on this model? They appear to be. The reason I ask is I am running a 3 core cable to another spot and would like to use all cores such that the one of the cores will be negative and the others will be permanent battery +12v and a load +12v output which is set on the streetlight function?

Overall loads will be light and well with the specs of the charge controller. Is there any flaws with this setup? Thanks in advance

You might want to consider which load output terminal controls load switching, or which terminal is responsible for measuring load current.
