Am I missing something or are these a bad design

I have 4x48v 100ah batteries in parallel to powerin
150/85 mppt
Quattro 48v 5000 70a

I want to upgrade to these but smallest fuse is 225A (would need 2/0 everywhere if it’s to protect the cable)

This is as bad as lynx distibutor having smallest fuse of 125a or am I missing something.

You are missing something definitely.

Smallest mega fuse i have used in lynx is 60A so far.

For the class t look around, they are an industry standard so there are plenty options.
