Hi everyone,
During my ongoing struggle with the setup GRID → inverter PV → ESS → AC IN → 3 Multis in parallel (you can follow the thread here:
Good morning everyone,
Today marks exactly one month since my first attempt at setting up the system, and I’m declaring it a complete failure.
I bought 3 Multiplus 48/5000, P/N PMP482505010, all from the same series HQ2250xxxxxx.
My non-working setup is: GRID + SOLAREDGE → AC IN → 3 Parallel Multiplus + ESS + 30kWh Pytes batteries. See the image below for the full setup.

Here’s the reality:

Over the past year, I’ve read everything available on Victron’s site, watched all…
) I encountered this issue.
When I restart the Multis and reconnect to the Grid, the Input Current Limit setting in the Multiplus settings disappears:
However, if I reboot the Cerbo, the Input Current Limit setting comes back and is visible again:
Is this a bug or a “feature” ?
Let’s start with what firmware you are running? On the gx and on the inverters.

Thanks Alexandra
Multis are in v.552
Cerbo is v3.42
VM-3P75CT is v1.06
Hope this helps !
That’s because the /Ac/NumberOfAcInputs path on dbus is having a value of 0 during MP2 reboot.
And this [ NumberOfACInputs different than 0 ] is a condition for the Input Current Limit to show.
The same with the State of charge below.
And more, but I suppose you didn’t see them…
It needs a dbus read refresh, but maybe in the future releases…
