Cerbo GX-S relay controlled by Smart Shunt temperature?

I have a Cerbo GX-S with a Smart Shunt connected over VE.Direct. I want to use the temperature sensor on the shunt to control one of the relays on the Cerbo. I don’t see the shunt temp sensor when I go to the temp controls of the relay in the Cerbo console. The idea is to disconnect some systems when the temperature at the battery is out of range.

I could also use an alarm from the shunt if that’s a better option.

Thanks!

… Hoping you meant ve direct not ve bus.

Are you using node red for the load disconnect or trying to use the GX stock menus (i dont think it is possible this or maybe this function can be manipulated i haven’t tried personally) as the smart shunt temp data is related to DVCC and charging.

VE.Direct, yes, thanks! (edited)

I don’t think I can use DVCC, as the batteries are unmanaged LFP.

I might be able to use the alarm function, I’ll look into that.

Thanks!
