Cerbo gx d-bus roundtrip high and overload cerbo gx

We have a problem with our cerbo gx 2022

Many times we get this message see picture.
And the d-bus roundtrip ms is many times a high value.

Do we have a broken cerbo gx?

We have on the systeem the next Victron products.
3x multiplus 2 48/5000 (Ve.Bus)
2x mppt 150/30 (Ve.direct)
1x mppt 150/70 (Ve.direct)
1x Mppt RS 450/100 (Ve.Can)
1x mppt RS 450/200 (Ve.Can)
1x Victron ev lader (Met display) (Wifi)
1x grid meter Em540 (Rs485-USB)
1x seplos BMS battery 8x (VE.BMS)

Cerbo can handle more than 15 ve.direct connection says Victron on the datasheet.

What version of VenusOS are you running? One of my battery manufacturers had to modify their VenusOS driver because of changes to VE.Direct polling interval issue starting in VenusOS 3.5x. They told me VenusOS 3.45 polled VE.direct devices no more than once a second. Now it appears to be five times a second.

Whatever the underlying details, I’m hoping this is something fixed in the VenusOS 3.6x tree.

As an experiment, try disconnecting your VE.Direct MPPTs for a while and see if the problems go away or are reduced.

Is Node-RED or Signal K enabled, or both?

Note that the seplos battery is a mod

Node-red we have enabled and running 1 flow for maximum current limit for ess and evcg.

Ok i understanding seplos is a mod.

But this can not be the problem right?
Or is this cerbo gx to light for our situation en we can better take a Ekrano gx?
Is it possible Victron can make a datasheet for each GX device when you need a Ekrano?

Hi,

Mods don’t have to be a problem but can be a problem; I don’t know what the cpu usage of that mod is; not familiar with it.

Same for a Node-RED flow: it can be a heavy flow; or not. Very hard to tell without looking into it.

Looks to me like you have signalk enabled as well, do disable that, since you’re not using it.
