I would say no because it is right on the edge. 0.7A for 40 hours is 28Ah (multiply 0.7 by 40). If the battery was at 100% full it would end up at 6.7% full, ideally you do not want to discharge below 10%, ideally 20%. A 35Ah or 40Ah battery would be better giving more margin.

Solar controller with 100w panel(only charging this battery). Would that help.
Prpbably not enough PV. I also have a 100W panel on a 75/10, charging a 120Ah AGM which mainly powers a Waeco/Dometic CF35. Its not enough PV power to let the car stand for days and keep the fridge powered. About every three days i either need to plug a charger in or use the car for an hour to recharge the aux battery.
But i guess it also doesnt help that in places with lots of sun the car quickly gets hot inside which lets the fridge work harder, and vise versa.
