Bulk and absorption both flashing

I just came into me plant room and noticed the Bulk and absorption lights both flashing. According to chat gpt this means its equalizing my batteries, but my batteries are lifepo4 48v.

I measured the battery voltage on the busbars while in this state and it reads 53.6v which is under the manufacturer’s recomended charge voltage, so not sure whats going on.

Where do i go to stip this happening?

Please don’t use artificial intelligence, we humans are dumb enough, we don’t need help from computers in giving wrong answers.

Use the Victron Toolkit App, gives you all the information you need firsthand from the manufacturer.

I wasn’t aware there is a toolkit app thanks for letting me know this.

But before i go searching for answers in that app, is it ok to have bulk and absorption flashing?

No, ofc not.

The App will tell you why the bulbs are flashing and how to correct the problem.

Ok ive downladed the app and checked, it means voltage sense error when both leds are flashing, but im not sure where to go to correct this.
I have 2 mppts and pv solar on ac1 out of the inverter.
It mentions “voltage sense wires” not sure what they are or where they are.

You might check the multiplus manual ?

I cant find anything in the manual except that it indicates equalizing, and i disabled equlisation as far as i remember.

Here are some manual references, from the manual here.

I did notice your slight aggressive attitude.

Enough - the correct answer, and a gentle lesson from Alex to read the manual, has been given. This post is now closed.

@mfred868, feel free to open a new post at some point if, after a thorough read of the manual and examination of your system (by yourself, or by a professional if it’s beyond your level of comfort), you have further questions.
