Dear Victron R&D Team, as already discussed with the community I found a condition which causes false disabling of AC coupled inverters (Fronius Symo in my case). If the grid fails asymmetrically and the phase of the master Multi is still present, the system increases the MG frequency periodically to 53Hz. I suppose the system prepares itself for grid synchronizing and reconnect (cannot provide FSPC any more and therefore disables inverters) without checking of other 2 phases. In case of such grid failure the AC coupled inverters are not available and the system doesn’t fulfill its function properly. Could you fix it and provide a firmware update? Thanks.
