BS Charger IP65 12V/15A (f/w v3.61) strange behavior

Hi, I have this battery charger since yesterday and I’m surprized by it strange behavior. Several times when I plugged the charger on main 230v all the leds (4 blue / 4 yellow) blinks alternatively during 15-20 seconds but not every time. During this times, nothing can be selected with mode button. After that the led test comes on, switching immeditely to “bulk” and then to “abs”. in approx 5 sec. This behavior happens with or without battery previously connected. It occured 4-5 times since I received it yesterday during my tests. I tryied a return to factory setting without success. Other strange behavior. If I disconnect the battery during charge (whatever the state), the charger continue to charge as if nothing happened, it doesn’t see that the battery is disconnected. Could please tell me if it is normal or if my unit is faulty ? I don’t see anything about that on the user guide. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards. Gilles
