Boat battery charger help

Hi, I have a single standard 12v boat battery to start the engine and run lights etc.

What would I need to connect it to a solar panel to maintain it? As well as check the voltage etc. Looking for the simplest/cheapest option which I could then long-term potentially add a leisure battery to etc etc… I also want to run a 12v fan from the battery to help with humidity etc but I’ll probably just connect that directly to the battery.

Thanks in advance.

Use a 75/10 or 75/15 mppt with a small panel, it has a load output for the fan. So you can run it intelligently. Small cheap and versatile.

There are some pwm and pwm pro options which may be cheaper but if you want to bring it forward to you next stage start with the 75/15 or 10

The smart versions of these small MPPT chargers have Bluetooth for around 10% more. Then you can use your phone to monitor and to adjust settings.
