Welcome. It sounds like the BMV has not been configured correctly. Have a read of this post and adjust your settings accordingly.

Hi, do you have some battery balancer ? What kind of battery are installed ?

Hi, I have 12, 12v AGM batteries in 48v set up. Yes, 3 battery balancers. Cheers Ian
