BlueSmart charger wont leave bulk mode while charging Watt-Cycle LFP battery

I bought a Watt-Cycle LFP battery (12 V, 100 ah) to power my backup sump pump. I’m using my BlueSmart 12/7 charger to provide an initial charge and leave it connected to the battery to provide absorption and storage mode support. However, I cannot get the battery to get out of bulk mode even after it is fully charged. The Victron app reports 14.15V but does not increase, which is less than the 14.2V required to get to absorption mode in the LFP charging profile. I don’t know how to proceed:

1 - is there a prbolem/incompatibility between the battery BMS and the charger?

2 - can I get around the problem by creating a custom profile that sets the threshold for absorption mode at a lower level – e.g. 14.1 or 14.0V , so that it will go into absorption mode?

Any other ideas?

If the battery has only reached 14.15, I would argue that it’s not fully charged yet.

How long have you been charging it? It could take around 15 hours to charge a 100Ah battery at only 7A charge current (depending on how empty it was when it arrived). Does the charger still show that it’s pushing current?

Thanks for the response. I thought it was done after several hours because the voltage stopped climbing and the amps being delivered dropped off below the max. The charger is getting quite hot. That said, I can let it charge longer and see what happens.

That’s not surprising, the charger is likely de-rating due to heat; that’s a very small charger for the battery capacity, so there’s a lot being asked of it to be running at full-bore for hours and hours.
