Blue Smart Chargers IP65 - pulsing current and too high voltage on Normal mode

Hi, I have a Victron Blue Smart IP65 Charger 12V 10A from the HQ2519 series. I have the following concerns about the correct operation of the charger: There are peaks current in the charging (video with the BULK phase in Low Current mode). The voltage in Normal mode should be max 14.4V. However, I have almost 14.7V in Normal mode (it`s too high). When I switch the programme to High mode, I have 14.7V – in High mode it is OK. Is there a fault with the charger? In my opinion…
