Battery State of Charge on Cerbo GX in Home assistant not changing since Feb 8th 2025

I’m using HomeAssistant and its been great. My CerboGX has been sending data to my dashboards without an issue till Feb8th2025 when it suddenly stopped. It works fine in Cerbo GX and the batteries gradually fill up during the day from Solar array , and figures are updated ok. However in HA history data doesnt.
I have a widgets that shows Min State of Charge for Today,Yesterday,This Week and This month. helps me note just how much battery was drained night before etc. This is what has stopped all over sudden.
Not sure if its a home assistant update or a Victron update. - I restored a backup of HomeAssitant for Jan this year when everything was working fine but the Widgets simply remained at 100% for all time instances.
Anyone else had this issue and solved it?

Solution found

I think I found the culprit. in Home assistant configuration.yaml file there is a namespace called recorder. seems that at some point when using chatgpt to copy paste some sensors I wanted added , it added exclusions that I hadnt noticed. and from then, no data was going into the recorder!. so I’ve added this to my config file
– put this in configuration.yaml. watch out for indentation issues.
recorder:
purge_keep_days: 365 # Keeps all history for a year
commit_interval: 1 # Writes data more frequently

Thanks to anyone who thought about my issue.
