What can I use to balance 24 x 2Volt AGM batteries on my solar system.

That would work equalising 4x12 volt batteries. I’m looking for an automatic 24x2volt system.
As far as I know, Victron doesn’t offer a product that would be able to solve this problem. I understand that these 24 V batteries are fully sealed/enclosed and you don’t have access to the individual cells, correct?
So a 48v system or two 24v battery banks or 4 x 12v battery bank?
You would basically need to hold them for much longer at the high voltage untill the balance out.
Although that being said, there is not reason why a battery balancer for lithium cells might not work especially of it is programmable. Since the job is the same - individual cells that need to be balanced.

It seems we may have misunderstood you. In that case, you can use any commercially available balancer that supports the operating voltage of lead-acid cells.
The only question is: why don’t you want to balance them using the equalization current?

What i am asking is how they are arranged electrically.
Is the toal bank voltage 48v?
Or is the total bank voltage 24v?
Meaning is the inverter a 48v inverter or a 24v inverter?
I don’t know why people think cell balancing is a new problem that appeared with lifepo4. It has literally always been an issue.
Yes there are balancers for any 2v cell arrnaged in a bank. The principle is the same a lithium batteries.
Can cause drying out of cells. If they are not new and have never been equalised don’t do it. Usually AGM do not want this charge stage anyway.
Is there any information or datasheets on the cells as to their charge voltages per cell etc follow those as well as the recommendation for absorption time.
