Batteries stop charging from grid

Hello, what could be the reason that my batteries draw energy from the grid but after 5 minutes max it stops and I have to turn it back on?

it is currently charging

now, while I was typing all this, it stopped charging and I have to turn it back on

forgot to mention that when I check the console, there’s no alarm popping up
