Which is more efficient when converting voltage using autotransformer
120v single phase 60hz (north america) to 230v single phase hz (asian) or
230v single phase (euro/asian) to 120v single phase (north america)
Using multiplus II Inverter (120v North America version inverter or 230v euro/asian version inverter) feed to autotransformer (output 120v if 230v euro version inverter used) and (output 230v if 120v north america version inverter used)
**YES, BOTH CONVERSION WILL BE SINGLE PHASE ONLY**
For solar set-up off grid use
Both voltage electricity usage will be 50/50 (6 months at 120v and 6 months 230v) when in-out for vacation purposes
or should I get both version of the inverter and it will pay out in the long run instead of using autotransformer, if not getting both which is more efficient when it comes with the voltage converting using autotransformer?
Any advised would be appreciated
