Auto Transfomer Inputs

Can an autotransformer take both 230v and 120v as an input voltage and always give 230v out?

For instance, customer has a 230v boat, and is normally in 230v areas of the world, but if he cruises to a 120v area and wants to plug in then he needs to step up the voltage.

Can the one inlet be wired to the autotransfomer and whether 230v or 120v is on the inlet side 230v will always come out?

Not the Autotransformer but the " Isolation transformer 3600W Auto"

Thanks. I assume as the MP is configured to accept a wide frequency range, that there will be no issue with the 60Hz supply in thise parts of the world where they use 110v?
