Octopus, a gas and electricty supplier in the UK is currently running one hour free electricity sessions on a weekly basis.
CanI program certain that at a certain date and time the batterie charge from the mains?Is that a possibility or not yet? Is there an app that can help with this?

lol I haven’t seen it on a weekly basis, HA can do what you want I’m just about to switch my automation for tomorrow to activate my stuff may let the dehumidifier run to lower the humidity as well 
but I don’t like things just changing without my knowledge or anyone in the house knowing what is going on so I have the system automatically announce what is going on see below
This has very little to do with a software upgrade, please update the title.
If the free hour is at a fixed day and/or hour you could simply configure a scheduled charge window.
If it’s at pseudo random but announced hours then you’re going to need to tinker something in order to get what you want.
Node Red would be the obvious tip as that can be run on the GX device itself.
