Argofet 100A 3-outputs

Hello, I have argofet with 3 outputs and one input from alternator. One starter battery and two service batteries connected in parallel. Is it better to use one output for two batteries connected in parallel or use two outputs and connect each battery even they are alreasy connected in parallel? Thanks!

This can be connected either way, but paralleling the 2 ArgoFet outputs will result in slightly cooler operation, as the current will be shared between the 2 outputs.
