Now the energy price is flat already 2 days and there is none charge or discharge activity planned by DESS, is it possible to activate AES mode to lower the Multiplus consumption?

Something like this would be great. We have a system consisting of 4x 10k Quattros, and leaving the inverter/charger circuit active during long stretches of planned “idle” activity causes ~500W of consistent battery drain.
One idea in the past was to allow users to disable Peak Shaving completely (even above min SOC) for systems that don’t require it. So if the system is scheduled to idle at X%, then the inverter/charger circuit would turn off (as if the system were at the ESS min SOC threshold).
Unfortunately I don’t think it made the cut of v3.7 of Venus, but I hope we can make the case for v3.8

AES Mode only works in island mode. You cannot modify the sinus in grid connected mode (which is what AES does). Also this is not possible for 3 Phase systems.

as far as i know there is no way to limit consumption in grid connected victron systems.
