3.50~20 GUI V2 WiFi connection error when setting a fixed IP on the router

Good afternoon from Spain,

I’ve been experiencing a small problem with Venus OS when setting the IP on the router.A TP-Link Omada.

When setting the Cerbo GX IP in the router, after a few minutes it gives an error and starts accumulating data on the Cerbo GX.The strange thing is that I can still see the information in real time from the VRM application but the data in the graphs does not appear.

I can also access through the remote console but if I try to check for updates it tells me that an error has occurred. And if I go to the VRM portal section it says that there is an error.

The way to solve the problem is by going to the WiFi section and selecting the WiFi you are connected to and setting the Manual IP, but this is a patch.

Greetings, I hope to help fix this bug. I have enabled remote access so you can see what might be happening.

I edited the previous message in this message. If I set the Manual IP on the Cerbo GX, the problem is temporarily solved but the error returns.

Have you read this? under 12.4. Troubleshooting data logging section.

My case does not fit any of the cases you list.

I don’t know if the Victron team has intervened but since 10am (in Spain) it hasn’t failed again.

Looks like you temporally lost connection to your DNS,

But if all good now, i guess its sorted but worth keeping a eye on, if it happens again Microsoft have a good Troubleshooting DNS servers.

Thanks for the guide, I’ll keep it in case the problem comes back. Thanks for your help.
