2 x MP2 10000 with S99 firmware
when they are connected on their own they work fine
When connected in parallel the try to the External switchover activated an immediately switches off again.
Have tried All grid codes , no Grid codes .
Did you configure them for parallel operation?
Yes . They work in parallel on the battery .
As soon as we connect to grid there is the normal delay of a minute or three then the contactor is energized to connect to grid. The contactor will closed (power applied by the master to the coil) and immediately dropped. Very strange indeed. One thing according to (5. Troubleshooting) this the slave must not have input connected to AC supply but if we disconnect the AC supply it throws an err no AC IN on Slave error #19 which does not tie up with the docs. So iahve taken them into the Victron Agent to work out. If I could get an older firmware I would try that also. We tried sopped MAster and slave , reloaded Frimware loaded the settings from the same file . etc etc etc .
Do you have your wiring diagram? I have not implemented this yet, but did a lot of research and found some of the documentation could be better.
You should have 1 current sensor and one voltage sense wire to the master (AC In). And the AC outputs on AC Out, so nothing on the AC in of the slave and only V sense on AC In on the master.
The external contactor and earth N-E link also need to be after the CT and V measurement.
