What is the best transformer choice to effectively and safely convert 120/240V (50A) split phase to 230V (32A) single phase shore power for a sailing vessel? Note that the onboard power must be 230V at 32A (>7kw), so the transformer rating will need to meet this requirement. Based on the transformer choice, please explain exactly how the input and output wiring will be connected. Thanks in advance!
